Hi, I changed the motherboard on my computer. I kept the same OS. Everything was fine until I got the 'Windows detected hard disk problem'

I ran SFC fix but it could not resolve all problems and gave me the following message:

WARNING: Failed to get store name from identity name with return code 2 for component NetFx4-ngen_exe and file ngen.exe. File is reported as corrupt by SFC.
CORRUPT: ngen.exe of component NetFx4-ngen_exe.

Do I need to get a new HD?

Did you run chkdsk?

Yes  - I just ran it. It ended 'Windows has finished checking your disk. Please wait while your computer restarts' but I am still getting the 'detected hard disk problem. I keep losing connection on the internet too - my other devices seem fine.
